hahaha that's how a canadian says merry christmas LOL (at least tequila will laugh at what i'm talking about) btw lil sis, merry christmas. i miss you but maybe I'll see you in february and you owe me some hanging out!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it's christmas eve and I have opened my gifts. Got a Stereo WHOOT WHOOT so exciting and it looks pretty cool!! and the stereo came with a 128 MB MP3 player WHOOT WHOOT and I got my Gilmore Girls DVD boxsets... (seasons 4 and 5) I'm on Episode 6/22 on season 4. Tomorrow I get turkey. me excited I love turkey!!!

I got all my marks back!!! B-, B-, B, A+ damn straight. I kicked ass although I'm very surprised in the first three marks. I thought the B-'s would be lower and the B would be higher but what the hell, I ain't going to complain.

Oh so I got a e mail christmas letter thing from my Bostonian relatives and got another really cute pic of the greatest cousins ever!!!!!!!!

nothing else is really new just hanging out with Sarah, Bethany, Colin, Sean, Jordan, Travis, Natasha... (hahaha that reminds me "jet clouds") you know the greatest friends ever

OMG Corb lund kicked ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had so much fun and tons of alcohol. There are pictures to commemorate this occasion and I have a blue t shirt!!!

I'm back at home now. was already told to go back to Lethbridge. hahahaha oh the joys of being at home for christmas.

Had an interesting day with friends on saturday although Sherwood Park Colin was in a real strange mood, nothing you did would make him happy... he would just freak out at you. it's like he was going through PMS. hmmm male pms perhaps? We all watched Bruce Almighty last night and I stayed over at Bethany's place and today I hung out with Sarah. we had our annual traditional xmas food and a movie with a gift exchange. I got an awesome gift!!!!!!!! thank you so much Sarah, like the card said, you rule!!!!

me and some of my friends decided that we should all move to San Fransisco. We could be the "friends" from the west coast. It would be cool and we could escape sherwood park. :)

I finally have time to sit down and blog again for those of you who are dying to know how life is going. Anyways like the title of this blog suggests, school is over... well classes for this semester are over and I have one exam left a very easy Film Studies exam and I only need 7/85 to pass the class (although I am going to try to get a better grade) I should be studying for that right now but well procrastination rules!!! once I'm done this entry, I'm going to the post office to mail off annika and hendrik's christmas present. Oh it was annika's b day yesterday so I'd like to give a shout out to her, happy birthday kid. I called her yesterday and she made me laugh. "everyone is calling me today and saying happy birthday to me, wanna know why?" hahaha gee i wonder why, but okay i'll play along "why annika" "cause it's my birthday *giggles*" hahaha what a silly goose.
And she's going to nursery school these dayz right and she loves it and when I was explaining to her that I am not near my brother because I go to school far far away from him she was like "that [school] must be so much fun" hahhah I said "yup" i was thinking " hahaha ya studying sure is fun" hahaha such a cute kid.

I'm leaving lethbridge in 2 dayz 23 hrs and 27 minutes with Lethbridge Colin catching a ride with me. I'll be kicking him out at the Calgary airport well after he forks over the cash he is giving me for driving him. Oh btw Colin just to warn you, we are listening to Country and there's no ands ifs or buts about it!!!!!!!!! if you complain, the greyhound station in lethbridge is on 5th :)

Men are like Trail Mix...

... these days, they are mostly all nuts or fruits. HAHAHAHAHA so true. Oh guess what I'm going to get the 2006 Men are like calender... probably on boxing day... 50% whoot whoot!!!!!!!!!

so I didn't get home from school till 12:30 at night. CRAZY eh? me, peter and rick were working on the film.... we have everything edited except for the opening scene and the few scenes we have yet to film. We were working in the labs at from 4:00pm onwards so like 8hrs. talk about crazy eh. I gave Peter a ride home and it was snowing so my car was covered in snow. I unlocked the door for him (...from the outside since you all know the passenger doesn't open from the inside in the winter) anyways he right away got my snow brush and started clearing the snow... I thought that was pretty cool of him.

Anyways it's 3:06am at the moment... i should go to sleep soon.... don't think I'll be waking up when my alarm goes off but that's okay... i don't have to be anywhere until around 4ish....

haha I was trying to get in touch with my dad today (today being the 1st of december) and I couldn't get in touch with him so I was like "ha, he probably isn't even in the country (in the country being england)" well I got an e mail from him "sorry I'll call you friday... I was in Berlin"

I'm excited.. I'll get to see Rent that day...hopefully

School's coming to an end... stupid crunch time and I'm totally screwed for the cinematography final that is on dec.7th... Oh well, I'll just study like crazy in the next week... I also have to Edit footage from Afflictive intuition. so i will be busy but i'm excited for Dec8th 2pm cause I'll be done and I'll get to breathe... and I'll only have to study for a really easy final which is on tuesday the 13th and it's all about memorizing lol... well it's true!!

long time eh?

hey everyone,

sorry for the lack of posts but what can i say... i'm a university student with stress and no time... I know some of you understand what i'm talking about.

So much has happened lately, birthdays have come and gone and now, i'll never live down some events that happened this weekend lol. however i did break a new drinking record for myself... 11 drinks, infact when we got to the bar, i was already stumbling in and the bar people refused to give me anymore alcohol. I would say more about that night but I don't think I should. Lots of funny things happened.

Christmas shopping has begun and i've only got a few more presents to get... okay more like half but they will be done soon.

Oh I'm going to Corb lund band in december. I'm excited. the truck got stuck lol

I'm excited about classes ending soon... although i'm kinda worried about cinematography class... but i guess as long as i pass... My spring semester is going to be crazy... classes every day of the week.

... till I go back to edmonton for the weekend. I'm excited and I get my passport too which is good cause i may need it in February.

Things in Lethbridge have been a little crazy lately... the movie is taking a toll on everyone. For example, I'm snapping at people I shouldn't be snapping at and the fact that we have less than a month left till it's due.... it's overwhelming... Infact it hit me bad on thursday and it took talking to sarah, annika, susi and peter till I calmed down and collected myself.
I took a trip to Calgary on wednesday.... it was a successful trip :)Thank you to colin (not lethbridge colin... other one) for meeting me and helping me. Hope the BP's pay back was all you could wish for hahahahahahahahaha

I got really drunk the other night with people from the Afflictive Intuition set. Dax, Alex, Kevin and me chugged two glasses of 50% vodka stuff mixed with lemonade stuff... I felt fine although 5 minutes later it just all hit me and i passed out on the couch for a few minutes then I did some interesting things... lol and i was talking on msn with Courtney and i couldn't really type... it was funny and i wrote a few people e mails telling them that they would be so proud of me and those e mails weren't ver coherent.... oh well

back 2 sleep

man, eventhough i slept for over 10 hrs last night... i could go back to sleep right now... filming really does suck out all your energy and yesterday the only reason i was awake is because of the red bull i drank (2 cans) and since we were outside yesterday and it was cold and I had to be a piggy with just a t shirt on... i was freezing and i had border line hypothermia.... i finally warmed up after being in a bath for like an hour. and in 10 days 23 hours and 8 minutes i get to leave lethbridge and drive to edmonton. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm excited!!!! get away from lethbridge!!!! This semester is almost done.... 37 more days or so till i go home. whoot whoot I went over to a guys house yesterday... we had kinda a post filming day party lol not really but Steph, Natasha and me went to Dax's house where we watched hockey and watched dodgeball (the movie) and drank alcohol. (steph, natasha and dax are some of our actors) and then Dax's friends came over including Alex who is an actor in our movie/crew It was a good time.

well it's november now and that is what my wonderful "Men are like" Calender says... I've started looking for a new 2006 calender but i can't decide...

anyways I really shouldn't be updating such an unimportant blog considering there is so much i have to do. So much is happening in the next week. However before I forget congrats to the oilers who have won their 3rd straight game after a 7 game losing streak. They beat the Blue Jackets 5:1 ( sorry WCCJ... I know that's your team and while i'm jumping up and down, you guys are upset because your team lost)

I had a great weekend back in edmonton!!!!!!!!!! Saw Natasha after a year which was so great and i got to meet Gage and he's a cute 4 year old... kinda reminds me of jacob when he was 6 except Gage didn't growl at me LOL I saw the movie Prime with Sarah and Wallace and Gromit with Courtney both very great movies. I went to the passport place and i should have my new passport sometime around November 15th. whoot whoot!!!!!!!!!!!

We start shooting Afflictive Intuition on thursday and we also shoot on saturday/sunday/monday (3 days in a row.... shoot me now) and then thursday the 10th... Then we will hopefully be done production (providing we don't mess anything up) and we can move into Post Production.

anyways that is all for now... life is very busy... and i'll be back in edmonton probably on the 17th of November (if not then, then the 18th)

dropping a line

hey friends

long time no post. LOL I'm almost as bad as Lethbridge Colin. hahaha
I went to a party last weekend... got really drunk... 3 beers and 5 jello shots... i think... i can't remember... i know it was 3 beers though. I had fun too but it was really weird partying with people that weren't Tyler, Colin, Bethany, travis and others and then I just started missing them like crazy!!!! I miss Tyler and Colin and Bethany so very much. but in 6 days I get to go home and party with them so i am excited. Plus i get to see sarah too i think/hope who i also miss and Natasha... I think natasha and I are planning to hang considering i haven't seen her in over a year.
School's fine, the movie is coming along... hit a little bump in the road since actors are hard to find... stupid drama people being in drama productions but I think we are okay so far.... we aren't completely screwed yet.... but soon we will be LOL. The timetable came out for next semester. I'm planning to take Writing for New Media 2, Production Management and other courses and I'm needing to decide if I take Sociology or Japanese Culture. I was leaning towards japanese culture, then sociology and now i'm just not sure.
Not much else to say, nuthing exciting really happens in lethbridge cause all the real cool people are in edmonton.

Thanksgiving

I went home again this past weekend. Oh did I have fun. I stopped in Olds again for some grub... mmmm grub... it was some well earned grub... i was hungry and I got home at around 1am... just to have to wake up at 6am... and i was out that night till 1am again... man was i tired. I saw In her shoes with Dollar Store Sarah who also helped sell a lot of my raffle tickets... thank you again!!!! you da best. Raffle ends on the 22nd and that is when we will draw a name to see who won.
I had a thanksgiving dinner with my second family... oh it was so good and i love stuffing and they let me take home a plate of leftovers. how very nice of them. As of next friday (and until the end of october) I will be busy like every day doing something with the Film and if it's not a film day it'll be "catch up on the school work" day I'll be able to start breathing again somewhat in November.
Tomorrow in 2 weeks I get to go back home to Edmonton and like usual I'll stop in OLds for coffee or something then continue on my way. and the next day after it's best friend Tyler's b day ( although after that 'wonderful' visual yesterday... i don't know about that best friend title anymore... just kidding but that visual was mean)

YAY for the Oilers. Congrats boys!

it was a great game although the game started before TSN switched to the Oilers game so we viewers missed 3 out of the 7 goals... 2 oiler goals 1 colorado goal. I got a text message from Tequila telling me she was at the Boston Bruins opener. Lucky Bitch.

I'm going home tomorrow... leaving lethbridge around 6pm probably or maybe b4 that... depends when the crew/cast call ends. It feels like i just got back to lethbridge... oh wait I did just return on sunday. oh well it's not like I like it here and actually want to stay.

I get to see a bunch of people this weekend and I'd like to give a shout out to everyone that will be buying raffle tickets from to support my film. Great news from Alberta's Windy city

I AM DONE MY INDEPENDENT STUDY I just finished it feels so good. I just sent it to my mom so she can check it b4 I hand it in on tuesday. YAY NO MORE GERMAN!!!!!!!!! well I might have to deal with the language again considering i have german/austrian relatives plus I said I'd help my friends out who are at the moment suffering in German 3000. man do i feel sorry for them. LOL

I worked all day on the German and tomorrow I plan on getting that website for class up and running. I have this feeling that i might want to drive to Olds on monday... i'm just dying to get out of this city!!! maybe I'll call Colin tomorrow.

so tired at the moment

Hi everyone

it's Sab here, i am still alive if you are all wondering... I had an amazing weekend this past weekend. I went home to Edmonton and Friday night I had lots to drink. Starting with one at BP's where I had supper with Colin, then we picked up Bethany (but first we ran into Leanne and it was really great to see her for the 2 seconds we saw her) then Bethany, Colin and me went to Colin's place and I had a beer, then Murray drove us to Standard where we met up with Travis and Ashley and Travis' sister's group. I had lots of alcohol starting with a Vodka Silme, a pornstar a bacarrdi breezer and a gladiator shot. Oh so good and i was soooooooooooooo drunk. I stayed over at bethany's place that night and I woke up with a head that hurt like there was no tomorrow. I had so much fun!!!! it's been a while since I had tons of fun.

I also saw Sarah... we had coffee one day and then went to see a movie another day. it was so good to see Sarah!!! I also figured stuff out this weekend and tis a great feeling to figure things out but that is all i'm saying about that.

I returned to Lethbridge yesterday right before Film class... i was so tired, I had no attentionspan and i couldn't comprehend things... then i went home and watched the stuff I recorded from the weekend then went to my night class where we saw Back to the Future... tis a good movie but since i was up since 5am i was super tired... then i came home and watched Big Brother finale and Gilmore Girls that i recorded earlier that evening then i wrote e mails so I didn't go to sleep till some time past midnight... i was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired!!!!

anyways that is all. I will see you all soon again, either in edmonton in about 15 or 16 days or in olds in 15 days (if i go... which i'm sure i will)

you know as much as i hate this day... i can't hate it b/c i know so many people who have a birthday on this day... like Bethany and Jen and Emily and technically mike Comrie... an ex oiler and that is all I'm going to say

I'm almost done my German Independent Study... I'll be finished by tuesday and then I am going to meet with the German prof and get his input and then i'll finalize it. Plus I'm going to talk to my Film prof... i have a couple of questions for him about job things for next summer.

And the best part about this week that is coming up... I'M GOING TO EDMONTON AFTER CLASS ON THURSDAY. me very excited to see everyone. i miss you guys like crazy!!!!!! each and every one of you!

A Fresh Start

Welcome everyone to a new school year!!! I don't know about any of you guys but I'm ready to go forward full force. And I think my semester is going to kick ass since all my classes are film related. The best part is that I know at least one person in each of my classes.

I went to the University today... met michelle for coffee although we didn't actually have coffee but we did chat. it was good to see her plus i ran into erin who i haven't talked to in like hmmmm the whole summer. I also found out that some people that were supposed to come back this school year aren't. tis slightly sad but oh well.

Anyways all the best to everyone that go to College/University. Kick some ass and don't fret about the stress... it all works out in the end.

Well I thought it was funny

so I was getting a card ready to send to a friend and licking the envelope didn't keep it shut so I decided to tape it shut........... BUT I ran out of tape and so since i wanted to mail it today I used stickers to secure the envelope... I used stickers that u use for reminders on Calenders (the ones that say birthday or special event or doctors) I used the ones that I will never use anyways... guess you had to be there but it was almost as funny as the time my bro and I wrapped our own Christmas presents from my aunt/uncle (after watching one of the DVD's) with Babyshower paper (the DVD's were ordered from Amazon so they were not wrapped and my very 'smart' brother opened the box) Wrapping the presents was his idea... the babyshower wrapping paper was my idea.

Oh it was my uncle's b day yesterday so I called Boston to wish him Happy B day... and along with talking to him, I talked to my cousin and my Aunt. My Cousin yet again said some of the funniest things ever. Where does she come up with this stuff. hahahaa She's so cute and smart. Man I can't wait till my other cousin starts talking. It shall get interesting

I bought the OTH season 1 DVD the other day...and I am on Disc 5 now (out of 6) man i love that show!!!!

School starts soon... which might be a good thing for this blog cause i'll actually have something to write. cause there's not much coming to me to write.

you know as much as i want to see my friends from Lethbridge (when they all get back) I'm also not looking forward to it. It'll be beginning of august all over again. argh!

Leaving on a Jet Plane

okay so maybe I'm not leaving on a Jet Plane but I am leaving Edmonton and finally returning back to Lethbridge. I got my car back on Friday (i sure was surprised) however I didn't actually pick my baby up b/c i was too busy on whyte Ave drinking (I'm kidding... i only had one drink) but when I got home my baby was back and the headlights on my car are so shiny that the normal lights are like the highbeams on the Van and when I have the highbeams on... the sky lights up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hung out with very cool friends of mine on Saturday. We went to BP's where I had one drink and some of Colin's beer and then we went to the Fringe where we all had non alcoholic margahritas (sp?) I wish there would have been alcohol in them... Then we went back to Colin's place drank some more and went on a very long... really long. I returned home at 2:30am :D

Went to West Ed with Sarah and Jen yesterday... we had a blast and we saw Must love Dogs (which was the second time for me) but Jen bought me my ticket :)

Tomorrow b4 I leave I will be hanging with my "sister" breanne. I can't wait... it's been ages since i last saw her

hello everyone

yes it has been a while however i don't have much to say these days. I am still in edmonton waiting for my car to be fixed... the earliest i can leave Ed is on the 24th... providing my car is back in my hands.

I've been working on my Independent study... sorta... it's getting there. it's frustrating though when the prof won't contact you.

Classes start on the 7th which is a wednesday and that means i only have to go to one class at 6pm. :P exciting. It shall be a great semester with the two best New media profs around!!!

you know what I have decided... i've only had bad luck this summer. I mean first getting hit by a dear, the hood coming up at me... amongst other things.

Freaky Tuesday

Okay so I'm still in Edmonton although I should be back in lethbridge right now. Let me explain for those people who don't know (which is everyone minus bethany, sarah and tyler)

I was supposed to go to my Dentist today and then continue on to Lethbridge (which i was actually really looking forward to going back) however as I was driving, the hood of my car came flying up and smashed my windshield sending small glass particles flying at me. no worries nothing serious though except that until i changed my clothes at home, it felt like my skin was touching fiber glass. Let's see what else happened... my rearview mirror fell off, there's a dent on the roof of my baby, i need a new hood for my car and the headlights need to be replaced. and this all for the low cost of an arm and a leg. Now I am pretty much stuck in Edmonton till my car is repaired which won't be till like the end of next week (the earliest)and i'll be stuck driving the van around town which is about to breakdown so seeing how my luck has been going this summer, it will breakdown while i'm driving it. and now i also have to make a new appointment for the dentist and i hate the dentist, i was planning on getting it over and done with today so I wouldn't have to go back for another year. Oh well

Hey everyone.

Well it's finally end of july... so i'm going to BC... will be leaving really early in the morning... I will be relying on red bull to keep me awake :P

hello my great friends... I have created a new blog... just because i can and no one is stopping me. the old blog no longer exists.

I went to West Ed today and shopped... i have some new hot shirts... 3 of them and some other shirts and a pair of shoes and a new purse. i had an awesome time but me and sarah were both super tired afterwards...
